When fixing tile backer boards it is essential to use washers. With the appropriate corrosion-resistant screws, the washers become virtually flush with the surface of the Multiboard when screwed in tightly. Packs of washers are sold in boxes of 100.

wedi Fixing Washers can be used to fix boards to most substrates such as stud work, wooden walls and other substrates.

When using these washers to install tile backer boards in a shower, wet room area or other tiled areas exposed to wet conditions, we recommend covering each washer in the board with waterproofing material.
