ULTRAFLOOR STICK IT 640 is a superior, water-based acrylic polymer dispersion for use with vinyl, polyolefin and rubber floorcoverings. ULTRAFLOOR STICK IT 640 has a short time requirement for placement of floorcoverings due to rapid flash-off, which provides a high initial grab. ULTRAFLOOR STICK IT 640 is very low emission and odour neutral. It has a long open time and long final adhesion strength. Ideal for use with Underfloor Heating Systems and for fast and reliable floorcovering installation.
ULTRAFLOOR STICK IT 640 is suitable for all Vinyl floorcoverings including PVC sheet and tile, PVC backed carpets, cushion vinyl, rubber sheet or tile with smooth backing and polyolefin floorcoverings.
ULTRAFLOOR STICK IT 640 is suitable for use on dry, structurally sound floors including concrete, sand/ cement, cementitious underlays and securely fixed and stable plywood floors. Chipboard and hardboard floors can accept the adhesive however consideration should be given to the suitability of the floorcovering being installed as to whether the floor needs over-boarding with Plywood to stabilise. The substrate must be pressure and tension-resistant.
