ULTRAFLOOR STICK IT 543 is a pressure-sensitive, water-based, acrylic polymer dispersion and is used for bonding dimensionally stable Luxury Vinyl Tiles (LVT), PVC sheets, planks, and tiles in interior floorcovering installations. ULTRAFLOOR STICK IT 543 is specifically suited for use in high-temperature installations and areas of direct sunlight such as conservatories and glazed shop fronts. ULTRAFLOOR STICK IT 543 has superior shear resistance to minimise floorcovering shrinkage under heated conditions and offers excellent dimensional stability. Being a pressure-sensitive adhesive, the bond is formed simply by the application of pressure to marry the adhesive, applied to the subfloor, with the floor covering. It also has excellent plasticiser migration resistance. Ideal for use with Underfloor Heating Systems. ULTRAFLOOR STICK IT 543 is very low emission and odour neutral.
ULTRAFLOOR STICK IT 543 is suitable for all LVT installations as well as PVC sheets, planks, and tiles. Suitable for pressure-sensitive installations and for high-temperature locations up to a maximum surface temperature of 50°C. In the few installations where conditions may be above 50°C, we advise the use of a suitable Polyurethane adhesive.
ULTRAFLOOR STICK IT 543 is suitable for use on dry, structurally sound floors including concrete, sand/ cement, cementitious underlays and securely fixed and stable plywood floors. Chipboard and hardboard floors can accept the adhesive however consideration should be given to the suitability of the floorcovering being installed as to whether the floor needs over-boarding with Plywood to stabilise. The substrate must be pressure and tension-resistant.
