Ultrabond Eco Fix is a non-staining acrylic-based pressure-sensitive adhesive with very low emissions of volatile organic compounds (VOC).
Used for both permanent and release bonding of a wide range of floor coverings, Ultrabond Eco Fix has an extremely strong bond when laid wet and excellent dry tack strength.
Some application examples Ultrabond Eco Fix can be used:
· For the permanent bonding of dimensionally stable PVC/vinyl sheets and tiles and most carpets.
· As a pressure-sensitive adhesive for the release bonding of underlays, carpet tiles, vinyl and dimensionally stable carpets, it may be applied over all normal moisture-stable substrates used in construction; wood, PVC, rubber, semi-flexible vinyl, linoleum, raised floors/panels of all types, ceramic, marble etc.
· In areas of wheeled and heavy foot traffic, it is non-flammable and does not contain toxic substances and has an extremely low emission level of volatile organic compounds (EMICODE EC1 Plus) which makes it harmless to those who use the product and the environment in which it is used, it may also be stored without taking any particular precautions.
· Over underfloor heating systems (surface temperature must not exceed British Standard recommendations) the heating should be switched off at least 48 hours before and after the installation of the floor covering.

Application Temperature Range: From +15°C to +35°C.
Waiting Time: The installation should be carried out once the adhesive has become transparent or immediately if a permanent bond is required.
Coverage: Depending on the smoothness of the substrate approx. 95-110m² per 15kg of product. Approx. from 105 to 150m² for 15kg buckets if applied by roller.
Storage & Shelf Life: The shelf life of Ultrabond Eco Fix is 12 months if stored in its original unopened packaging. Protect from frost.
