Planiprep Fix is an ultra-fast drying, fine-grained, thixotropic, cementitious skimcoat compound for the repair and levelling of interior substrates, including, floors and steps.
Planiprep Fix can be used for the fast repair and levelling of interior substrates when fast hardening and drying in conjunction when a particularly smooth surface is required. Planiprep Fix is suitable for application between 0-4 mm prior to the laying of resilient and textile floor coverings. Suitable for commercial, domestic and industrial projects.
Where to use:
Planiprep Fix can be used for the fast repair and levelling of interior substrates when fast hardening and drying in conjunction when a particularly smooth surface is required.
Planiprep Fix is suitable for application between 0-4 mm prior to the laying of resilient and textile floor coverings. Suitable for commercial, domestic and industrial projects.
Some application examples:
• Smoothing and trowelling uneven, rough substrates, down to a feather edge.
• Removing uneven areas in new and old buildings.
• Filling smaller cavities, holes and cracks in the load-bearing subfloor.
• Quick trowelling or levelling before laying resilient and textile floor coverings.
• Repairing and levelling stairs, pedestals and corners of columns.
• On new and old substrates including cementitious levelling compounds, primer-free existing plywood, existing cementitious screeds and fast screeds such as Mapecem, Mapecem Pronto, Topcem or Topcem Pronto, calcium sulphate, anhydrite type screeds, precast screeds and wood-based panels, underfloor heating, ceramic tiles, terrazzo and natural stones, old substrates with firmly adhering, waterproof adhesive or filler residues.

Mixing ratio: 1.4-1.5 litres to 4 kg of powder or 34-36 parts water to 100 parts Planiprep Fix.

Application temperature: from +5°C to +30°C.
Workability time: approx. 7 Minutes.
Laying floor coverings: after approx. 30 Minutes.
