Orders over £250.00 (excluding carriage and VAT) qualify for free delivery, with exceptions for specific regions.
Free delivery excludes certain items such as adhesives & grouts, insulation boards, and other palletized deliveries.
Deliveries to specific regions including London, Scotland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight & the Isle of Man may have exceptions to free delivery.
Palletized deliveries are priced for kerbside drops and not delivery to your door.

Delivery time is approximate, ranging from 1-3 days for most locations.
Saturday and Sunday are not considered working days, and to receive delivery on those days, a Saturday or Sunday delivery option must be selected.
For clarification on what is considered a "larger item," customers can call us to speak to an advisor.
Lead times for items sent directly from suppliers may vary and can be found on individual product pages or by speaking to one of our advisors.
An overnight next-day service is available with a signature required, starting from £6.49 upwards.
Prices listed do not include VAT.
If a timed delivery is paid for and not received on time, customers are advised to write the arrival time when signing for the delivery to qualify for a refund.
Delivery outside the UK is available, with different delivery times and potential taxes or customs costs. Very large items and pallets may require up to 40 days for delivery by sea. Some items, including pallets of adhesive, may not be available for delivery outside the UK. Customers can request a quote for such items.
